Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Prep Retention wants Prep Retention at https://prepretention.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In practice this means we work toward:
- full use of the site with a keyboard alone;
- support for screen readers, with labels on buttons, form fields and controls;
- enough color contrast, and never using color alone to show meaning (for example right or wrong answers);
- text that can be enlarged without breaking the page;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- clear focus indicators and a logical reading order; and
- timed practice exams with an option to extend or turn off the timer.
Where we are now
We test the site as we build it, but we have not had an independent audit, and some parts may not yet fully meet our goal.
Tell us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need content in a different format, please email support@prepretention.com with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 5 business days and work with you to find a way to give you the information or access you need.
